Snow
Rumor has it that the weather is going to be a mess tomorrow. I hope so...I could use a day off!! I don't know about anyone else, but Christmas can't come soon enough. November and December have been just go, go, go, go...and I'm ready to kick back and relax.

Back again
Finally back online! Somehow we got either a virus or adware loaded onto our computer, and I had to spend the past week trying to get it all cleared up. I believe there is a special place in hell for people who create that type of crap!
Anyway...tomorrow is Friday, and I can't wait. We're not doing a whole lot this weekend (which is fine with me), so we'll probably do a little more Christmas shopping. Not too much more to pick up.
Kristi and I will be having a New Years Eve party this year. Nothing big or out of control, but a nice gathering of friends and family. Invitations will be on the way!

Holy cleaning Batman...
Kristi and I finally cleaned up the unfinished side of the basement, and let me tell you that it was no small task! We had to take everything out of the room, clean it with a rag, shop vac the floor, scrub the floor, and the reassemble. Man my back is sore! It's good to see it all in order and clean for Monte and Mac (our two cats).
Yesterday was a nice relaxing day. I spent the morning watching Logan. What a trip he is. We played with some of his trains for a bit, and then he chased the cats around. Unfortunately, they're not really friendly to kids yet. Maybe it's all the chasing!! Saturday evening I went out to eat with Jessica, Mark, and Logan to the Brickyard. It must have been family night because there were kids everywhere! The food was awesome...I had a Chicken Rachel and I would highly recommend it next time you go. It was grilled chicken, coleslaw, thousand island dressing, and cheddar cheese. Spectacular! When Kristi got back from vising her mother, we actually were up after midnight putting up our Christmas decorations and tree. I think the tree turned out pretty nice...kudos to Kristi!
Looks like we'll be going back to work tomorrow. What a bummer. Guess we can't avoid it though. I'm just looking forward to some time off over Christmas and New Years. Rumor has it we might be having a little gathering, so I'll keep you all posted.

The weekend...aaahhhhh
The weekend is upon us...awesome! Kristi's out doing some of our Christmas shopping (thanks babe), and I'm home doing a little house work and making her a lovely dinner. Come on brownie points :)
I'm looking forward to tomorrow because I get to watch my nephew, Logan-he's the cute kid above. He's about 2 1/2 and a ton of fun. He's at that age where his vocabulary is growing in leaps and bounds, and you can begin to see his personality beginning to develop. Let me tell you...this kid is going to be a lady killer! Watch out Makenna!
I tell you what I'm not looking forward to, and that's the potential for snow on Sunday. Who the hell ordered snow? It's barely going to be December!! Only good part is that it'll force me to sit on my butt and watch football. I guess there's a positive to every story.

VACATION
Well friends...it looks like we have booked a vacation. We'll be heading to Hilton Head, SC in mid February with two wonderful couples - John & Kim Martin and Jeff & Carrie Bierlein. We've been fortunate to develop some great friends in our quaint little community. Lets hope for warm weather so we can dust off the rust and hit the links.
I'm not sure who's getting the short end of the straw here because I'm certain the ladies will be hitting the mall while we're hitting the links. I'm betting the girls can do more damage in 5 hours of shopping than us guys can do in 5 hours of golf. Oh well, you only go around once, and you certainly can't take that moldy money with you.
